All custom jewelry is made to order. Production takes 1-2 business days, plus shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once it's shipped.

2. Can I personalize my jewelry with names, dates, or symbols?
Yes! You can engrave names, initials, dates, coordinates, or a short message. Simply enter your details in the personalization box on the product page.

3. What materials do you use?
Our pieces are crafted using high-quality stainless steel, gold-plating, and hypoallergenic materials designed to last.

4. Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
Our jewelry is anti-tarnish, water-resistant, and designed for everyday wear.

5. Can I return or exchange a personalized item?
Since all custom pieces are made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there’s a mistake or defect.

6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across the USA. International shipping will be available soon.

7. What if I made a mistake in my personalization?
Please double-check all spellings and details before ordering. If you contact us within 1 hour of purchase, we may be able to adjust your request.

8. How do I care for my jewelry?
Store in a dry place, avoid direct contact with perfumes and chemicals, and gently wipe with a soft cloth after use.
